Marschu International Realty, it is a company that has been coming operating as promotional and developer from city-planning projects for 18 years.

His founder and current present President is Federico A. Marín-Schumacher, person of great international experience in the development and city-planning promotion of project.

He is also Main Partner and General Manager of these companies:

Alkymia Design, Inc.: Company of architecture dedicated to the design of city-planning projects, condominiums and houses of luxury.

Consorcio Constructor Costarricense S.A.: General contractors of all type of civil construction sites, with a experience of 20 years, developing projects mainly in Guanacaste.
